Vodka Sauce.

Life advice: When you’re making sauce, make enough for the next 4 or 5 or 6 times you’re making pasta.

This is just a base for a vodka sauce. You can add vegan sausage, veggies, roasted garlic, more basil, whatever you want.

Always salt to taste. Make sure you continually taste the sauce throughout the whole process.

Great with penne, or any pasta. As well as on meatball subs and pizza.

  1. This recipe was absolutely delicious!!! 5 stars! If it tastes too salty after adding the tablespoon of salt before letting the sauce cook for 30 minutes, don’t be concerned. The salt flavor blends in after cooking. If you are sensitive to salt try to add half a tablespoon instead. Loved this dish. Thank you for sharing. I also adding Italian Field Roast sausage at the end and spinach. Thank you! Highly recommending making.
